He devotes his practice to the evaluation and treatment of vein disorders, an A.M.A. recognized specialty called Phlebology. He has a special interest in varicose vein disease. In addition, Dr. Landau is one of the few Phlebologists skilled in the use of Duplex Ultrasound to perform the following procedures for large varicose vein disease: Endovascular Laser Ablation (EVLA)--aka Laser Treatment, and Endovascular Chemical Ablation (EVCA)--aka Sclerotherapy.
